Kevin is a native of Eastern Washington and spent most of his early life on his grandparent’s farm.  He graduated from Othello High School.  After serving a two year church mission in Brazil, he graduated from Boise State University.

Prior to attending law school, Kevin was a police officer in Utah state.  There he served as a Drug Recognition Expert, a Field Training Officer, and a School Resource Officer.  During that time Kevin also investigated hundreds of motor vehicle accidents and gained experience in courtroom testimony.

Kevin returned back to the Northwest when he graduated from the University of Idaho, and wanted to get back to Washington so badly, he skipped his graduation ceremony to move. He has experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, as a prosecutor, and personal injury. His practice now focuses exclusively on personal injury.

He enjoys music, baking, old car restoration, and spending time with his 4 children, Evalynn, Kalli, Stephen, Ruth, his wife Heather, and their 3 cats, dog, and bearded dragon.
