Attorney, Partner

Dana Headshot transparent.png

Dana was born in Yakima, Washington, and raised on the Washington Coast.  He served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Dominican Republic, where he became proficient in Spanish.  After graduating from Brigham Young University and Texas Tech School of Law he returned to the Yakima Valley in 2010 to begin his legal career.  Since then, he has represented individuals in real estate, employment, and family law matters.  But has focused exclusively on personal injury and estate planning/probate for several years.

In addition to holding a law degree, Dana is a registered nurse with the Washington State Department of Health and has worked in various positions at local hospitals and clinics in the Yakima area.  His medical background provides a unique perspective for those injured because of another’s negligence.  Over the years he has successfully handled over a thousand motor vehicle accident cases and recovered millions for his clients.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli, and their two children, Clark and Charlotte.  They enjoy the outdoors and all that the great State of Washington has to offer.
